installation process for Passages of Transformation
2019
ironed Puffs tissue, gold safety pins, monofilament
12' x 12'

Our bodies gently move air,

the invisible,

around us every moment

with every gesture

with every breath

we walk by someone

we walk by something

we walk through air

never fully knowing how we impact

how we move something,

someone

Passages of Transformation, a wall of 120 ironed pressed Kleenex hung with gold safety pins on monofilament, moves with these subtle shifts of air, recording, responding to our movements, the gentle, the grand.
